1. How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Dry time usually takes about 8-24 hours for the carpet to completely dry and it depends on humidity, temperature and air flow in the room. Sometimes, using fans and turning air conditioning and heating system on, depending on the time of the year, can help accelerate drying time.

2. What method do you use for cleaning?

We use hot water extraction, referred to as steam cleaning; which removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely. A special cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers with hot water. Then, a powerful solution extracts deep down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 90% of the moisture. This is the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufactures.

3. Do I need to vacuum before the technician arrives?

Vacuuming is recommended before the technician gets there.

4. Do you move furniture?

We move some light furniture, however, there are several items we don’t move such as china cabinets, waterbeds, some large beds, dressers and mirrors, electronics, pianos, etc.

5. How long will it take to clean my carpet?

It takes approximately 20 minutes per room. This times varies depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is and any necessary spot removal treatments.

6. How offten do I need to clean my carpet?

Carpet Manufacturers recommend carpets to be cleaned twice a year, however you may choose to do it more depending on the nature or texture of your carpet and for better and healthier looks.
